Is someone from Remopivo helping you? Download the program, open it and read out the number that appears. Nothing gets installed — when you close the window, the access is over.
Windows
A single, preconfigured file. Download it and double-click. Windows may warn that it's an unknown program: click More info → Run anyway.
It comes pointing to our server: no need to type any address or key.
macOS
Download the one for your Mac, open it and drag the program to Applications. Then paste this line into Terminal to point it at our server:

Not sure which? Apple menu → About This Mac: if it says "Chip M1/M2/M3/M4" it's Apple Silicon.

After installing it, run this to configure it:
What to tell the technician
- When the program opens you'll see Your Desktop with an ID and a password.
- Read out those two values. That's all.
- When you close the window, the access ends.
If you'd rather give a short 6-digit code instead of the long ID, use the script for your system: it generates one automatically.
Are you the technician?
If they read you a 6-digit code, redeem it under Quick connect. If they read you the ID and password, connect directly from your Remopivo client.
